The new rivalling the old, and rather like Alien II, a rival erects itself alongside the Obélisque, a temporary abhoration for the set building of the street concert to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the collapse of the Berlin Wall. The new, the old and the temporary: the search light is radiating from the Eiffel Tower, itself originally intended as a temporary structure.
